6. What kinds of behaviors does a person with Alzheimer's exhibit? - cont'd

Sometimes the person with Alzheimer's disease may exhibit violent behaviors, wandering, restlessness, and/or inappropriate social or sexual behavior. Not all people experience all of these problems, and the intensity and duration of the behaviors may vary. Most of these behaviors, if they occur, happen in the middle stages of the disease, and can often be helped with behavioral interventions or, when necessary, medication.
