Endurance exercises, such as aerobic exercise, are the exercises that get our heart beating and help us lose calories, burn calories. So we want to, in order to lose body fat, we want to have the heart rate elevated for at least twenty minutes. And we want to be able to have the breath, we want to be a little breathy, but still be able to have a conversation.
