Motivation for exercise is very individual. It's different things for different people. There is not one suggestion that would work for everyone. When people say, "How do you exercise?" I often say to them, "How could you not?" because I have a strong commitment to it. But if in the beginning of trying to establish an exercise program, you just have to accept the fact that it's going to be somewhat unnatural for you because change is hard. Then, little by little you'll condition yourself to expect exercise. It's like we get hungry, we get tired, we get thirsty but we don't crave exercise. So we have to, in some way, establish that within our own makeup.
