25. Why does my family treat me differently than they did before I had cancer?
Your loved ones may not understand your feelings and may not be prepared for the fact that recovery can be a slow process. When treatment is over, they may expect you to be enthusiastic about getting on with your life. They also may feel the need to get back to a normal life.
