An
Exercise Story
I
have been active in many sports all my life. I needed, however,
something to help me become active on a daily schedule. I joined an
hour-long exercise class that is both a comprehensive workout and
fun! The great instructor and new friends strengthen my resolve to
attend five times a week. I have benefited in increased strength,
balance, and energy. I have lost weight (a ten-pound requirement
from my doctor). The weight loss boosted my mental health. I think
the dance aerobic music is great! Also, I ride my bike and do yard
work. Twice a week, my husband and I walk two miles at the mall.
Use it or lose it has become my lifestyle!
