An Exercise Story

Activity: Golf, Walking, Weight Lifting
I have participated in sports most of my life. I played football and baseball in High School. I boxed and did karate, baseball, weightlifting, and football in the Air Force. I started weightlifting to impress a young lady that I had eyes for. Now that I am a Senior Citizen at the age of 71, I still maintain a vigorous exercise program. I fast walk on a treadmill at least 40 minutes, 3 times a week. I also lift weights 3 times a week for an hour and a half each day. On the weight machine, I can bench press 300 lbs. I play golf at least once a week. By maintaining this exercise routine, my energy is always at a high level.
