An Exercise Story

I have exercised most of my adult life and I believe that is why I have great health even today. This picture was taken with my aerobics teacher at the local senior center where we meet once a week. I have good balance and rhythm for my age of 62. I am always up in front of the class with my teacher. It is great fun. Aerobics has kept my legs strong, my body loose and my brain sharp. I pray I will always be able to move like this as I age.
